Hello, I have e-mailed you a few times, i was told by your admins to e-mail you directly concerning a my topic, I have yet to receive a reply, if you would be so kind please reply and let me know what, if any situation might be occurring concerning my problem. thank you

still, if silent is running a business, which he is, it would be in his best interest to have some sort of customer response to his paying customers.

Well, now, just relax. He'll get to it. He's got bigger things to deal with like, a family, a real job and a life lol.
And please, I beg of you, please please please, don't get all crazy on us because you bought some FP and some GCs or something. I mean, I know you're not doing that now, but I've seen it and it's SO annoying :(

no trust me i'm an adult about these things, and I thank you for responding to this, shows at least you guys read these forums and helps my mind be kept at ease. I know he is a busy man and I truly appreciate everything he has done for this game, the new design on the home page is awesome. Yes I will wait patiently, its been a few weeks, I will wait a few more :)

lol not to be a jerk, but in one of my previous jobs it was my responsibility to make sure that businesses were doing their jobs and responsibilities correctly, If you sell, which you can read the support page yourself it does say buy, which means someone has to be selling if someone is buying something, that in fact it is a business situation.

i do not like the bizz part I was forced to or else the game has been shut down long time ago.
consumer support not my thing because i'm very weak comunications I tend to anger myself too fast before i know i regret it afterwards.

silent is quite busy not always got the time to reply when hes keeping the game going on a day to day bases, if its something important he will get back to you if not then unlucky but im sure hes got better things to do.

yeah it's just i've been asking about this for a while...it's been over a month I believe, and its dealing with one of his customers who pays and loves the game...and trust me I do, ive been playing on and off for years, I just wish he would reply and get back with me concerning this matter. He asked me to msg him again which I have and still no response. and I am more than willing to provide any information concerning the matter.

Hello, just posting again, its been over 2 months now, ive messaged you several times silent, you have even come on here and responded asking em to resend the e-mail, which I have several times, sorry about seeming impatient, but it has been 2 months, so before you get angry about me bringing this up again, which I do not want, remember ive been siting here paying for fp for 2 months awaiting a simple response playing the game just awaiting your answer. thank you

I talked to him and he's just a little angry about the fact that nothing was explained anywhere that if a character is merged then everything on it is gone as well. He was very understanding and I'd like to talk to a few of the admins since you guys will more than likely have better luck getting ahold of SilenT.
